This blog has been created mainly for the purpose of posting the latest updates on the developments in the layout.
You all may be aware that our layout consists of more than 1200 plots with sites for parks and public amenities. It is located in close proximity to 200 feet bye-pass road, Kundrathur Murugan Temple, Thiruneermalai temple etc. We have to improve the connectivity to our site still better. We all can achieve it if we all work together. We already have more than 800 plot owners of this layout as members. Others may not be aware of the existence of the Association and we are trying to contact them to enrol them into our association.
We are taking various steps to develop the layout and make it a model one.
